      Michael V. Shoop ,   President /CEO   x314

The company is led by Michael V. Shoop, recognized as a leader in the collection industry both in Colorado and nationwide. Mr. Shoop was inducted into the International Fellowship of Certified Collectors in 1992. In 2006, Mike was elected President of the ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Medical-Dental-Hospital Business Associates. Mike is also a past President of the Associated Collection Agencies of Colorado. He serves on numerous community and state boards and commissions. He was appointed to the Colorado Collection Agency Board by Colorado Governor Bill Owens. He has been with the company since 1980.

     
      Mary Hall ,   Senior Vice President / COO   x307

As Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Hall has been a key component of Professional Finance Company’s maximum recovery goal. Also intimately familiar with the rules, regulations and laws pertaining to third-party collection action, Ms. Hall has been successful in taking these many requirements and implementing them while maintaining efficient company operations. With over 30 years experience, Ms. Hall is involved in all aspects of Professional Finance Company’s operations.  

     
   

Ryan E. Boettcher ,    Vice President / CCO  x308

Mr. Boettcher is instrumental in implementing Professional Finance Company’s world class recovery efforts. Mr. Boettcher oversees all aspects of the collection operation.  Mr. Boettcher oversees the process of training new collection specialists in Professional Finance Company’s methods of effective, professional and ethical collections. As Compliance Officer, Mr. Boettcher also integrates PFC’s Professional Practice Management System into the operation, which includes the company’s best practices, compliance and procedure manual and is the company’s template for operational responsibility and control. Mr. Boettcher’s responsibilities include conducting due diligence and the overall management of PFC Funding, LLC., a company specializing in the evaluation, purchase and management of defaulted debt portfolios.  Mr. Boettcher serves on the ACA International Board of Directors, and serves as Vice President of Associated Collection Agencies of Colorado and Wyoming . Mr. Boettcher currently serves in several leadership roles in civic related clubs. Mr. Boettcher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Mesa State College in Grand Junction , CO .

     
    

Scott I. Raberge ,  Sr. Vice President Marketing and Sales   x321

Mr. Raberge has been involved in the Colorado and national collection industry for over 18 years. He has served two terms as President of the International Credit Association where he earned the Distinguished Service Award. He earned the Certified Collection Agency Executive (CCAE) designation through the ACA International. Scott has received both the prestigious William G. Follmer Bronze and Robert H. Reeves Silver Awards for his contributions to the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Scott is also active in the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) where he has earned the respected Certified Patient Account Technician (CPAT) designation. Scott also serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Medical Group Management Association (CMGMA). By continuously staying focused on the ever changing collection industry and following the myriad of rules and regulations associated with this industry, Mr. Raberge has proven himself to be a true resource to our valued partner clients. Mr. Raberge holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, CO.

    

Devenei Ball , Corporate Counsel x360

Ms. Ball graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration of Justice and Sociology.  Ms. Ball earned her Juris Doctorate law degree in 2001, also from the University of Wyoming.  She is currently licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Wyoming.  She is a former Chief Deputy District Attorney for the 22nd judicial district, where she handled half of the felony docket as well as the juvenile delinquent docket.  She later joined local law firms wherein she worked as an associate attorney and handled a broad array of cases including employment law, civil litigation, criminal defense, domestic relations, and personal injury.  Ms. Ball has served as Corporate Counsel for Professional Finance Company, Inc. since 2005, in such capacity she manages and oversees the legal process and training of a growing legal staff consisting of paralegals, legal administrators, and attorneys.  She appears at court on a regular basis in nearly every jurisdiction in the state of Colorado, and prepares and conducts trials with regard to civil collections.
